At MADiGLAM, we take pride in the quality of our grooming products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened grooming tools cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at Whatsapp:03030061957 and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
